What is Kinesiology?

 (kin-easy-ology)

Kinesiology is a holistic healing modality that uses muscle testing to tap into the subconscious mind to raise awareness and balance your body’s energy.

Muscle reflex testing is a natural bio-feedback mechanism that works via the nerve pathways and meridian system to access the subconscious mind to identify imbalances and determine what the body needs to bring it back to balance.

The body is a mirror of our inner world, physical symptoms being a manifestation of emotional stressors. An Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiologist identifies imbalances and clears stress on all four levels of being; Mental, Emotional, Physical and Spiritual.

By raising awareness of the subconscious mind, where memories, beliefs and thought patterns are held, kinesiology can promote the body’s innate ability to heal itself. This is done by working with body’s energy systems encompassing the Auras, Chakras, Elements and Meridians using gentle and natural remedies.
